Has Hourihane, Lansbury or Bjarnason played in a midfield 3 before? They sure as shit don't look like they have. How Hutton is still in the team I'll never know, scape goat my arse, he's bollocks, can't wait for his contract to expire.

Hope that's our bad half. Crikey, how to really throw a good start away.

I guess there is no magic cure despite spending millions.

Has it only taken you 21,344 posts to work that out?

I'm not sure why people are so surprised that a brand new midfield three isn't looking cohesive

Between them and green they've got 2 villa starts before tonight

I'm sure hourihane will come good. Not so sure about Thor. He's had a very nomadic career.

Thought green and adomah were our biggest threats

Lansbury good on the ball but not protecting the defence at all

Chester an absolute disaster

Grealish for Thor I reckon though it probably makes our midfield even weaker defensively

Is there a more infuriating sports team to support on the planet?
No idea. What about The Brown's?

Brentford finding the same as everyone else.   Put pressure on Aston Villa, and we wilt

It's just so depressing, isn't it?

How often does this club actually make us happy?

I made a point in the pre-match thread that we shouldn't throw all the new signings straight into the deep end and a few people disagreed.

We are literally watching the reason why before our eyes. Players are humans not robots, they can't (mostly) just slot into a team and perform business as usual.
