You seem to have very firm ideas about how a Villa-related message board should work.

Maybe set your own up? Then the people who enjoy your foresight and insight can go there.
A discord you mean ?

How about a revision of the rules and guidelines thread?
This is where everyone can contribute and discuss ideas that make it all inclusive and allow for quality and excellence all across the board. Polls on all things that are up for debate. that’s the fairest system and allows for all to have an input

It would be an open honest discussion thread and all things on the table  for example
should the community have a transfer speculation specific player thread (yes)
a pre match thread for the next game should automatically be created within 24 hours of the last game finishing
given that the nature of football club has changed and that champions league matches are of great significance should the community look to have pre match thread for next Champions League match in place within 24 hours of the last Champions League match
that’s just a few examples I have nearly 45 more. (I will stop at 50) and of course it’s open to community to give ideas on what they think needs changing, revising or improving.

And then when results are in can bring rules in for next season
Really rules should be revised every season if i may say so.

Surely you mean reviewed every year?

Anyway, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it…and it ain’t broke!

I’m amazed people think this is a democracy.

How do you know the changes will be to anyone's detriment if we don't give them a try? Throughout history, innovators have always had to put up with this kind of nonsense. Invention and creativity sacrificed at the altar of tradition. You think we should still be eating coal. Don't you?

You mean you don't?
