Groan - Westwood back. Much rather have gone with Adomah.

Interesting to see how that's set up. 433 I guess rather than 442? Lack of width a worry.

Westwood in a 3 man midfield is a different prospect to Westwood in a 2.....

That if its a 4-3-3?

Not great not to have Adomah, but come on Villa.

Agreed it's a surprising one, must be a midfield three

Dropping McCormack was the right call though, we need a lot more mobility up top tonight

Very surprised that Gestede is still involved, Boro deal must not be signed and sealed yet

Wood on bench

Gabby on the bench with three other forwards. Surely Tish or Cissokho or a youngster would be better.

Soon as I see his name I lose any confidence I had on us winning.
Can't wait for January, midfield reinforcements and no more Westwood!!
After his pathetic performance at Norwich he shouldn't be anywhere near starting eleven.
Please prove me wrong and will Villa!

Fucking hell. Westwood MUST know where the bodies are buried. His last start he made 18 completed passes. Yes ladies and gentlemen you heard it right. Thats EIGHTEEN passes for a central midfielder!
