Where were they all today? Only 29,000 there. A few seasons down here and we'd be scraping 20k.

According to guy on turnstile Burton Albion game on Boxing Day has already sold 40,000 tickets. So top trinity tier will definitely be reopened. A sell-out for Burton? ?

I reckon he's talking crap. While it's obviously selling well you can't get 40,000 in the ground unless the UT has people in it and there's still loads of tickets on Seatwave being sold by the club for other areas of the ground.

Aren't they technically resales? So would be included in the quoted 40k?

Just a thought.

Really?? The club have confirmed that the upper Trinity will be reopened for Boxing Day. And, incidentally, the guy "talking crap" on the turnstile today said the crowd would be 29k as we entered the ground. We talk to him every home game and he's always spot-on.

Yes really. They may be hoping for 40K but there's no way we've sold 40K already. That would be the the rest of the ground sold out plus about half the UT.

Erm, the upper Trinity is reopened which suggests 40k plus.

And the cub still has the best part of a 1000 tickets for sale for other parts of the ground on Seatwave. We haven't sold 40K tickets. They are anticipating it could reach that high after another couple of weeks sales.

Ok, let's just say it'll be 40k plus on the day, if not a sell-out with 2 weeks to go.

I think all tickets will be sold and over 41k in the ground.

Why are you so obsessed with attendances / allocations?

Genuinely interested to hear why you spend so much time banging on about crowds.
