I'd have taken him over RDM any day of the week.

Haven't seen a poll that positive for a win in maybe 20 years.
SO ,   Seriously looking at 4.0, 4.1 , 5.0. best odds.

I think you'd be in the minority there. Even after all the shit and turmoil of the last five years I reckon this place would have gone into meltdown had we appointed Colin. Personally I wouldn't trust him to clean the bogs without bringing bog-cleaning into disrepute.

How's that then ? As far as I can see he's rescued a lot of teams from the depths of despair Palace and Rotherham to name but two and also promoted QPR and Palace to the PL and I'm pretty sure Cardiff will be ok this season. I feel there is a lot of undeserved negativity attached to Warnock in the same way there is/was to Bruce when in reality their records speak for themselves

Undeserved negativity? Warnock has done well with a few clubs, but any negativity attached to him is richly deserved due to his  habit of behaving like a complete shithouse. Just look up his track record. Far more disputes than titles. I think it's harsh to bracket him with Bruce, who has achieved far more without resorting to twattish behaviour.

I am amazed that people find him entertaining, he is a total cock and would hate him at my club. The incident v the Baggies (albeit another total cock in Megson) sums him up. Hope we stuff em

Don't get me wrong I'm glad he's not our manager and I'm delighted we've got Bruce but given the choice  and the state of the  team I'd have had him over  RDM in the Summer who I sensed would be an utter disaster

I was at that game. The man's a disgrace and he caused crowd to ruble outside after the game as he'd whipped the Sheffield United fans up.

Whilst all this is undeniably true, the fact remains he would have made a better manager than the joker we actually hired.

It would be a cold day in Hell when Colin Wanker looks like a good option as Villa manager. I know we have had to recalibrate our sights somewhat with Bruce, but Jebus that would be grim.

Might as well just close all four upper tiers and play Blur Song 2 after every goal just to have done with it.

This one will be a toughie because love him or hate him, Warnock is a decent manager and he'll have them up for it. I reckon we'll win but it'll be a close, edgy 2-1.

As for having him here as manager, I could have lived with it I think. He's done well wherever he's been. The Battle of Bramall Lane was a disgrace though.
