Good luck to her then, a great asset to the club.

I bet she never really got over the workload she was subjected to when the General was about.

I will miss her ringing me to ask if I had forgotten to renew my season ticket, I hate hearing a woman close to tears.

Yeah was in the Charles Sale column in the Mail yesterday...left to join West Ham as head of ticketing which will be a lively job given their issues! Charles said she was actually given a bodyguard during last seasons fans protests.

Interesting, yet ridiculous. "I'm so angry that Villa are doing badly that I'm going to verbally/physically assault the female Head of Sales" is surely a thought that nobody ever had?

Remember her coming out of the ticket office when I was first in the queue to get my f.a. Cup final tickets for me and my kids only thing I was queuing up 36 hours before they went on sale she told me to go home as there was enough to go round for the criteria i said I can't as I live in Essex, she just said to me "good on ya"
She probably had enough as to how the club was run

Wasn't that part of Whistleblower Eileen's searing two-part expose?

Is she the woman who Midlands Today and WM wheel out as 'voice of  Villa fans' who wanted Kenny Miller on loan when we signed Darren Bent?

After a couple of meetings with her she appeared to have a very high opinion of herself. From proclaiming she was involved in the disciplinary proceedings for Karsa and Culverhouse to being Lerner's "right-hand man". Not bad for the the head of the commercial sales. I'm sure she will do with the jokers at West Ham.

No, I meant Elaine the receptionist from last season.
