Quite happy to know Brucie is going after a keeper both he & Gary Walsh know, think Gollini needs a number 2 that can actually push him, Bunn is as poor a keeper as I've seen in a a Villa shirt.

Apologies if I missed it but who's the goalie that we're after?

Jakupovic from Hull

Thanks mate. It was staring me in the face!

I don't mind gollini. As much as he was chosen by Italian goal keeper coach defintely definitely has a solid and presence about him. Bunny  however seemingly a diff breed and has really landed on in his feet of bum for the bench at being at our beloved club.  I imagine he may well lead gabby astray at times but Is a character non the less. I would hope it's speculation and make do with gollini

Well on first glance it's easier to shit in the Queens handbag than get parked up anywhere near Brighton town centre overnight without having to sell a kidney

The Regency Square Car Park is the cheapest place to park.

For once, there was actually some sense being talked on WM last night.  Franksy suggested James Morrison from Albion would be a decent signing for us and Nigel Spink suggested David Meyler from Hull (think he was the one Pardew nutted!!).  Both would be good signings in my opinion and just what we need in midfield.

I've rated Morrison from the Bitters for a long while.

Bruce also signed Meyler for both Sunderland and Hull.

I think Gollini has improved

So do I. He's played really well for about 6 weeks.

I think Gollini gets unfairly judged based on that Huddersfield deflection, which could have ended up absolutely anywhere, the only two goals that I think were directly his fault were Barnsleys equaliser and the one at Bristol City were he palmed it into the path for there player to score, he's made some bloody good saves in most of our games.

Just read Frank Lampard Jr is looking to leaving New York City for coaching role.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37978249

I think Steve Bruce should offer him a role at Villa Park as player coach role. Perhaps a possible no 2.

What do you think ?

I've always rated James Morrison though I don't know how he's been doing the last couple of years

A left footed midfielder would give us balance in midfield. I'm only going on reports but I wonder about bringing Daniel Johnson back

However, if we could stretch to someone who is premier league quality that would be great. I'm not sure any of our midfield currently is

Stick him in the midfield see if he can make up for all those goals he scored against us ;-)
