I know I've seen this answered elsewhere but can't recall the answer; when did we last win 3 in a row?

It's still villa so that may remain the last time as of yet but it's been so long I can't remember.

April 2010. Ironcially the third game then was against the shite as well

McCormack looks way off the pace.

And a bit chunky

Gleeson a mouthy c***.Sending off waiting to happen

Hopefully

Yes, a gobby little red faced crayon muncher. I always laugh how their 'players' try to reflect their 'fans' negative emotion towards us.

Fuck them all.

Scrappy game, but we've got to be pleased with things so far. We've defended well. I'm delighted for Gardner. I fancied him to score today.
We've lost a bit of balance and an outlet with Adomah off. Generally Bruces substitutions have been good, but I think McCormack was the wrong choice. I'd have brought on Rudy to give us a focal point in the middle, and use Kodjias pace out wide. Ross looks lost on the right, and we can't really rejig the formation to suit him. The three in midfield is essential in a game like this. Jedinak is martialing things pretty well. I'd personally be tempted to bring on Tish in place of Westwood to offer a bit more dynamism in there.

We have a decent strike force but no supply. MF is poor. Need to correct that in the Jan transfer window

I would bring on Tshibola second half

Is it just me, or do we have several Lardy arses who look massively off the pace ?  Do we have a fitness coach?

Keep ayew away from dead balls unless in fron of goal , his long range delivery is crap
I know ..the one he put on Gardner's head was shit

No one as lardy as their goalkeeper...though in fairness if there's one position you can get away with it...

Going OK so far, scoreline is everything. And their fans are horrible.

I remember last year , a bluenose telling us how crap we are and we are going down.

I agreed but pointed out that even as bad as we are we still beat them in the cup....... just saying.
