Westwood can point from the stands/subs bench! Want RM and Kodjia to form a good partnership - since Bruce wants the ball up front earlier expect RM to play further back.

Right! All my fingers crossed and a little prayer to the football gods have been made.

I like the look of the line up, looks balanced. We could do with Richard's rolling back the years to when he looked like an international right back and Jedi and the skipper finding some form.

Other than that the luck I've prayed for, now come on Villa!!

Ayew having a laugh? I assume injured or not match fit

Probably. You would imagine he would be playing but I'm all for McCormack, Grealish, Kodjia and Amomah scoring a goal each in a 4-0 romp and keeping him out when he is fit !

Disappointed that Amavi isn't at LB - not even on the bench? He was shown training a couple of days ago, has he got a knock?

He c
Ayew has scored or created each of our last four goals

I must be living in a parallel universe
He came back from Ghana early because of a knock on int duty.

That's fine. It's the fact some seem pleased about it that I can't fathom

No Pestwood = an immediate plus in the Bruce column.

Only problem is with Jedinak coming back from international duty, the rotter will probably have to come on in the last 20 minutes.

Lets hope and pray we are 3 or 4 nil up by then and the Westwood handicap doesn't impact on us too severely.

I think the "dropping" of Ayew is about team shape. Fully fit though, it is probably either him or Grealish on the left in this shape.
