Tony needs to send him a truly motivational video outlining how he came to run the largest monosodium glutamate company in China.

Who could fail to be uplifted by that?
Definitely get the taste buds going...

Last season we had woefully inadequate players , this season some decent players who are woefully underachieving. The responsibility for that lies with RDM.

Sir Brian to take over anybody?

God no. I love Brian but his day as a manager was nearly two decades ago.

Maybe those motivational videos RDM "asks him" to send aren't really doing the job.

If he was any good he wouldn't need to Paulie.
Can we get an actual manager next. No more former pro's living off their playing career or a random foreign or.
Someone who actually gives two fucks would be nice! Dean smith for me. Or Gary Rowett

Maybe the motivation could be that one of the key ingredients used in production is former failed employees

One win in eleven. That one win being against the shittest team in the league.

Bizzare team selections and blatant failure to respond to the oppositions tactical changes.

Apparent shortage of fitness of the players coupled with an obvious lack of motivation and effort.

How much more evidence does anyone need that this prick isn't good enough?
Champions league winner, my arse.  He was a puppet instated to give power back to Terry and Lampard.

Fuck him off and get Fat Sam while we still have enough games to rescue this season.

The only way Lerner can be implicated is because he put us where we are in the first place.

But, this absolutely, total and utter shambles is fuck all to do with Lerner.
Had we got 25 points in the bag by now would any of that be down to Lerner,? No, of course not.

The fucking mess is totally down to the ****** representing us now.

I was all for giving him time but now I don't think Di Matteo actually knows what he's doing. We've bought almost an entirely new team of proven players and he's steadily turned them into shite.

5400 there today was it?  So another two away games with a total of 9,137 away fans in attendance to watch 20 minutes of decent football and one point.

We got off lightly with it just being a 2-0 loss.

Most of the squad is dire, no skills whatsoever. Ayew and Grealish need dropping, turning up for 10 minutes here and there isn't acceptable.

Midfield is laughable... any professional club could give us a shoeing! We are in big trouble.

what was wrong with Tish today?

RdM kept him on the bench to make sure he didn't get injured before the two week break followed by his suspension against Wolves

Right think carefully. Can anyone remember signing a contract in blood for a guy holding a fork? It would have been at least six fucking years ago.  >:(

I am not that surprised, the idea that you can change ownership, management , squad and attitude in one summer is unrealistic.
Some of the players bought are obviously not up to the task. The management team are struggling to cope.
This is how bad a state Lerner left us in.
Hard to see how we will recover.

While Lerner left us in a terrible situation, it's not his fault RDM has bought poorly and seemingly is unable to manage the team that should be more than good enough to be in the top six.He clearly is unable to get the players to play to any plan or strategy and the buck stops with him. He's had the money and used it poorly in some cases and it;s down to Dr X to grasp the nettle before the season destructs completely.

I thought we bought well in the summer - still do. But he keeps sending out sides that are unbalanced. He is one option short in midfield and we needed an experienced competent keeper.

I think he shows a lack of respect for the teams we play. He thinks we can just roll over sides by playing all this attacking talent but you've got to win the battles first and we're not doing that.

I am usually one of the last to want a manager gone but it feels like he's not going to turn this round. With the two week break, there is an opportunity to take that step if he can get Steve Bruce who feels like the only realistic target at the moment.

It's all really desperate given the lengths the owner has gone to get the right back up structure and personnel in place.

You barstard, CJ. I shouldn't be laughing this soon after a shocking Villa defeat.
