Noticed quite a few missing - does anyone know why?

No Yorkshire - Wirral, (yes saw  the Tamworth one - upper Holte)

Black Country one went missing, AGAIN, last season. I lose count if its safe or lost.

Think we save that for when we are about to relegate Newcastle, so about every 5 years or so.
