Jedinak was bought for the purpose of adding steel to our weak midfield.A fit Jedinak would have stopped that surging run for their second goal in any way he chose. If he wasn't fit to play why did RDM have him on the bench?
It doesn't make sense .The manager should explain.

Yep. McCormack let him waltz past him - not his fault, RDM's fault one way or the other

If he's not able to come on with 10 to go to protect a narrow lead when your midfield has no other option to stiffen it, it's hard to envisage the circumstances he was on the bench for

Sounds like a fair summation.

And "you either let the player go past you, or the ball, but never both", is probably the only time my approach to playing centre half will ever be compared to the late, great Danny Blanchflower's
