Very reminiscent of some of the home games the last time we were in this league.

Too many cooks for me. You've essentially got three number 10's playing. I would take off one of Ayew or McCormack (probably Ross) and bring on Bacuna to give us more width and just get chalk on his boots. That'll allow Grealish to come inside a little more and then Ayew can play where he's itching to, in the middle.
If it's still 0-0 after the hour mark I'd look at big Rudy to come on.

I agree. Shame we don't have adomah to come on

I'd probably take McCormack off and put ayew central if we keep on like this

No idea what system RDM is using but it's not working and I don't like it.

Need to inject some urgency in to the game and get the midfield driving at them.

This.

The only time we really looked like panicking them was when Gardner charged forward. Other than that it's been rather pedestrian as we've tried to go through the crowd rather than opening them up.

The vast majority of games this season, the first half has been our good half. We allow teams to get into the game which Forest were showing signs of. I fear the worst in the next 45 mins.

Love that, Kodjia crossed the ball that made his way to McCormack and Minto comes out with, "there's the possibility of a partnership there".

I think we're lacking a bit of chemistry but we've been more than decent. Ayew has been one of our biggest threats along with Grealish for me. Elphick has been solid so far too. Gardner has shown a little more too, fair play.

We're slow, ponderous and predictable. Need a spark from somewhere. A goal might help. But now the second half heebie-jeebies are about to descend, and we may come to rue those missed chances again, again, again...

Started well then faded before ending quite strongly.  We've just been too predictable and haven't used our pace and width to get back hide them enough.  Think they will be happy so far and will feel they can nick something in the second half.  I'd give it about ten mins of the second half then make a change if things don't improve.   Dull game so far.
