Yes OK I recognised they are different players however in terms of pure talent Benteke was ahead whereas Kodjia is always involved.Oh by the way are you conveniently forgetting Benteke's goals against the like of Manu and Liverpool?

I don't want him back and prefer to focus on where we are now.

I don't want him back and prefer to focus on where we are now.He also scored three against Arsenal during his time here, and once against Spurs. Add those to the two he scored against United, four vs Liverpool, and two against Chelsea, and that's 12 goals out of the 49 total he managed. So, just under 25% of his goals were scored against the top six (give or take) clubs in the country, which is hardly a damning ratio.See, it's probably not a great idea to make claims that can actually be assessed by evidence.I'm thrilled with the way Kodjia's going for us, but I'm not really enjoying this revisionist downplaying of what Benteke did for us in his three seasons.
You don't have to enjoy it. I'm posting an opinion that is mine, not for the benefit of someone elses enjoyment.

Call me old fashioned but I thought opinions were there to be discussed and debated, they provoke debate. I'm sorry, I just can't get my head around someone "not enjoying" my opinion. Should I post an opinion that is generally going to be enjoyed by everyone?I'd agree that opinions are there to be replied to or ignored but not enjoyed.

It's a bit of a small thing to get worked up over.
