Sounds like a good signing. Quick with good movement and an eye for goal.  Probably paid too much,  but so has everyone else this summer. If we can put away our chances it will heap less pressure on our defence and midfield.

Three 20 goal strikers at this level and Ayew. That's some firepower we've got there.

He's big, quick and a good finisher. He's exactly who we need to play in front of McGoalmack.

Hes cote d'ivoire so could posssible be away January if they qualify for the african cup of nations. Ivory coast are current champs but stillneed to come through a group of three teams: Ivory Coast, Sudan, and Sierra Leone. The hosts of the 2017 final tournament Gabon also in group but they don't count as competitive match and are friendlies.  Anyhow welcome JK I think he'll get 25 goals this season! 😊exciting signing ! More if he doesn't leave on international duty !

Old glass ankles. He would be injured too often

He's going to be fantastic, fact.

I know this because he has a sell on clause, which of course we will all be moaning about next season. It's the way Villa works

It's the release clause I'd be worried about.

I wouldn't worry about the release clause because we can always create a bidding war once someone triggers it.

Nice open and honest statement from Bristol City.  We do seem to be cutting through the media b*******.

Not seen him play but sounds as though he is the strong and powerful figure we need up front.

Of the players weve been linked with this summer he's the one I wanted most. Should be a great signing, I've never been wrong before*

*have almost exclusively been wrong before.

Must admit i know nothing about him, anyone know why he didn't play against us at the weekend?

I like the way we are doing business, flexing a bit of muscle, but we have to start winning games now.

The clause referred to i take as a sell on clause, i.e we have to pay a % of any profit we make back to Bristol City, not a release clause  like Ganas.

Anyway i hope he is successful and stays for a good few years until he is an old Kodjia.

(PS See ya Gabby)
