Have been watching the midfield four - Ayew and Grealish chasing back when we lose the ball, Gardner and Westwood just ambling around. And neither of them can pass unless it's ten yards sideways or backwards.

We are a tiny number of games into an outrageously long league calendar.

I'm not too worried, it always takes time for teams to settle into this league, plus we've got lots of new players (either in or en route) and new management at the club.

RDM was saying just yesterday how is looking for something different up front. Bamford isn't slow but it might not be him. We need someone with genuine pace.
