RDM is the right man for the job IMO however Dr Tony may well be reminding him that he needs to prove he is the right man week in week out.

So Ayew's shot against the bar was inaccurate and thus poor Whereas when bacuna miskicked the ball into his own face and in against west brom that was good because it was on target?
