Assigning client reference to online account

Does anyone know how to do this? I'be just set up an online account and can't see an option to link it my existing client reference number (I appreciate this could just be me being thick)

Is there a way to do it online or do I need to ring the ticket office?

is this an online account for tickets or merchandise, I have online account for tickets but couldn't seem to link my client ref number to it so had to ring the office

I had the same issue, however once I purchased a couple of tickets I could assign them to my name as normal.
