It has not escaped my notice that there is a Cup match v Luton on the 10th August.
Mainly because I have a ticket.
I have posted a reminder on the GTC Championship sign up thread this evening for next week's official launch of GTC1 for 16-17 against Rotherham. It's very close!
The question:
Are you up for a, wait for it, almost simultaneous launch of a GTC Cup Extras thread?
Yes I know it's away, but it's a Cup match. Who knows, it may make all the difference to your score at the end of the season, and it only adds points in the end. No penalties for missing it.
This hasn't happened before ( simultaneous GTCs in August) because we joined the Cup later on in the season, but you H&Vers have coped with multi GTCs when the season has got a bit crowded; so why not? This season will definitely feature overlapping GTCs. It's not for the faint-hearted! I missed 3 or 4 myself, last time, so I have to buck my ideas up to stay in contention, as RDC tells the lads at BH.
I will post the GTC Extras thread next Wednesday if you are broadly in agreement ( i.e. I will count the posts.)
