I don't watch MOTD very often anymore, but watched it tonight.
It's like a sort of witchcraft compared to what I have been watching live for the last 6 years.

1-1. Swansea were unlucky not to win this match at OT. if they are relegated and keep the team together they will be big contenders for one of the top 2 spots next season.

No way on earth they keep Sigurdsson in the championship. You'd expect Llorente would be on a fair whack and probably be off aswell.

I do agree if they don't panic and keep Clement they'd be more than a threat than Hull would be coming down.

I really do detest him for some of his antics but what you have to accept is that when it matters he always deliver 2-0 Real and both for him.

Yeah, but Real Madrid are bloody tedious.

Yup you are right. I feel sorry for the poor bastards in the Bernabeu tonight having paid all that money to watch an industrial machine at work.

I wouldn't take any notice of me. I must be the only person in the world who finds Barcelona boring to watch.

Back to back hat tricks for Ronaldo. Five seasons in a row he is now top Champs League Scorer. Between him and Messi they've been top scorers for the last nine seasons.

Apparently Aaron Lennon has been detained under the Mental Health Act. Sounds like it is for his own safety. Sad to hear, hopefully he gets the help he needs.

(Haven't put a link on as all the ones I could find are from horrible papers)

The headline said 'Everton's Lennon held under the Mental Health Act'.

Have to say I couldn't remember which Lennon was at Everton.

Hope he gets the help and support he needs.

There's just too much football on the telly now, the excitement I used to feel when you knew Villa were on the highlights in the week, blagging mum and dad to stay up late, bragging to your mates in the morning that you were allowed to stay up late, I feel old. :(
