Apologies for the all to cock stats. Fixed...

Newcastle won their 14th away league game this season tonight which sets a new record for away league wins apparently. In comparison we have only won 4 away league games this season, so it's pretty clear where we must improve next season to get into the automatic promotion places.

Here's a quick comparison...

Villa
Home Wins: 12 (8th)
Away Wins: 4 (20th)

Brighton
Home Wins: 17 (1st)
Away Wins: 11 (3rd)

Newcastle
Home Wins: 14 (6th)
Away Wins: 14 (1st)

So we have to improve our win rate by 75% next season.
So any one thinking a few tweaks and a couple of players will sort this out ?

10 changes to the Huddersfield team.Surely there are sanctions for this? I'd be gutted if I was a Blackburn fan.

Was in a pub with a load of Sunderland fans the day they appointed the evil one.  They said he would win them the title and that we weren't big enough to keep him and that Sunderland were a much bigger club than us etc etc.  I told them he would spunk millions on shit players, fuck off and leave them in the shit.   Oh how they ripped the piss out of me.

1-1. Swansea were unlucky not to win this match at OT. if they are relegated and keep the team together they will be big contenders for one of the top 2 spots next season.

Watching Everton Chelsea, How the fk have we fallen so far behind two teams who we were on a par with, or better,  less than a decade ago.

Chelsea first 30 mins particularly were on a different level that we can only dream about now

I'll give you Everton, but keeping up with Chelsea once the Abramovich money arrived was going to be a struggle

I don't hate Spurs, in fact I quite like them. I quite liked West Ham too, but I can't stand another sentimental jizz-fest over their last game(s) in an old stadium.

I just hope, and pray to the spirits of air, earth, fire & water, that we don't experience this at first hand.

Doubt it. It would mean we'd spent years selling out VP to around 50k with a redeveloped North Stand and possibly the corners filled in first.
