Man City have won it zero times. Anything divided by zero is infinity. Therefore, no matter how many times Huddersfield have won it, they must have won it infinity times more than Man City.

Feel sorry for the poor buggers who have to sew an infinite number of stars on next year's kit.

They could get an infinite number of monkeys to do it

3 times 0 is 0.
Yes,  I agree, they have both won it the same number of times. One has not won it any number of times more than the other.

You cannot divide by zero.

I'm guessing as they've won the League title 3 times it's for that? In which case, can we have seven on ours, but different to the one for the European Cup?

A similar reason as to why the population of the universe is.......

None. Although you might see people from time to time, they are most likely products of your imagination. Simple mathematics tells us that the population of the Universe must be zero. Why? Well given that the volume of the universe is infinite there must be an infinite number of worlds. But not all of them are populated; therefore only a finite number are. Any finite number divided by infinity is as close to zero as makes no odds, therefore we can round the average population of the Universe to zero, and so the total population must be zero.

Is there anything stopping a team from putting as many stars as they like, wherever they like, for whatever reason they choose?

None whatsoever.

I don't think there is in this league, but my understanding was that the Premier League only allows stars above the badge if they reflect league titles.

Otherwise I can see no reason why we have our star being burped by the increasingly overweight lion, rather than above the badge where it should be.

Why do we need a star anyway?

I disagree. If the number of total worlds is infinite, it follows that the number of potentially populated worlds is also infinite. Unless, of course, you know the number? It's not 42, is it?

Apologies : I agree with "I disagree. If the number of total worlds is infinite, it follows that the number of potentially populated worlds is also infinite. Unless, of course, you know the number? It's not 42, is it?"

I agree - a portion of infinity must surely also be infinite? If infinity goes on forever, even 1% of infinity is infinity. 42? What about 84?

Do you feel that you're likely to forget that without it?
