Hughton is a really good manager, just seen the Brighton team and man for man they are no better than us, Sidwell still gets a game FFS.

Their winner was brilliant football though

Decent game, thought Brighton got very nervous. Bog of a pitch hardly helped matters but they gave the ball away in dangerous areas a lot. Knockaert is obviously a talented player but they don't have much individual quality apart from him really. Just a solid team all over the pitch.

Brighton's penalty was a laughable call too, poor old Clark.

The Brighton team just shows you dont need much quality to get it right at this level, Sidwell and Stevens are meh, Baldock and Murphy are busy, Duffy is shite but big enough to head anything that goes into their box, Knockaert is decent to watch but tries to much, Murray puts himself about. There is nothing special about them, they're just effective.

Their keeper is very average too. Newcastle have a lot more players capable of more, Lascelles and Darlow won't be far off the England squad soon, Shelvey and Diame if their heads are right should hold their own. I'm not sure what possessed Eddie Howe to sell Matt Richie last summer to fund the likes of Jordan Ibe. If Ashley gives Benitez a decent budget in the summer they will easily stay up next season.

Bromsgrove's game at Warwick is off. April is going to be 'interesting', already due to play on the 1st, 5th, 8th, 11th, 15th, 17th, 20th, 22nd, 26th and 29th.

A proper non-league football fixture congestion run-in!

Yet to listen to Brighton fans they give the credit to a certain Mr Colin Calderwood. Work that one out.

Looking at their crest, didn't realise Huddersfield had won the European Cup three times

No, they have not. They have won it as many times as Man City.
