Non league weekend for me this weekend
Northfield Town v FC Stratford on Saturday then to the Sporting game on Sunday.

Looking forward to both. Be my first visit of the season to Northfield as i've been going to most of Villa away games.

I'm playing in our pool match on Monday so not going out my way to watch Newcastle game.....can't be arsed.

Are Northfield Town's fixtures online anywhere,  PGW? I have looked several times with little success. The club's website is calamitous.

Best place to look is on the Midland Football League website.
After Saturdays home game the next 3 are:

25/02   Burbage v NTFC (League)
04/03  NTFC v Paget Rangers (LJCC) SF i think
11/03 Enville v NTFC (League)

He did a cracking defence splitting through ball for me n FIFA 17 the other week.

That would still be less ridiculous than Stephen Ireland winning it that time.

He got a bit more involved as the game went on. Bit like when at Villa to be fair, well, blonde anyway. Getting up to £5m mark now = unless sold to the Chinese league for £25m that is.

Apart from the bottle blonde, nothing new in Veretout : hiding in plain sight, waiting for a glory moment, before starting a goalscoring move - for the opposition.

If anyone in the area is interested this Saturday Colehill Town have the biggest game in their history.

Are you going?

Yes, let me know if you fancy it. Going with Roast and Eric is making the journey from Leeds, we'll have a few beers on the High St after.

From a long distance away this was real confirmation that we were totally lost as a club, that Stephen Ireland's half hearted efforts with the very occasional decent pass had won our player of the year award.  Cue the perfect licence to coast along till his contract was up.

Sadly we were a better team with him than without him.

Yeah I remember scratching my head in disbelief when he won that award thinking was I watching the same player.
I knew there was something dodgy going on when we signed him (and sold Milner) while we were managerless. The madness started around that time, and now look at us.

Can you pay on the gate or all ticket?
