I think they set minimums, not maximums. I assume they also have involvement in setting the semi and final prices.

For me, Arse have never replaced Vieira. They need the leadership of a big midfield presence like that. A nasty bastard who isn't afraid to mix it up a bit. Sound familiar?.....

Arse always bottle it in the league and CL and I believe that's why. Except the FA Cp of course when they have that nice Aston Villa in the final.
