Consett 9 (7) v (0) 0 Chester Le Street

At eight nil a bloke near me called across to the Consett keeper and gave him grief for blindly hoofing the ball upfield when the left-half was unmarked on the edge of his area. Five minutes later the keeper followed the suggestion. The left-half passed to the left winger who outpaced his marker and planted the ninth in the net.

Watching MOTD and Stoke v sunderland.
It's like watching us over the last few years with some truly crap players.
On in particular stood out. Sunderland number 17.
Blond, quiffed, buffonted hair. Got all the looks of a premier league player, but absolutely attricious.
Responsible for the first goal, and runs around life a headless chicken.
Bloody  rubbish.
Worth a Bid in January I reckon, he'd fit in nicely at VP.

Everton's defending! Oh to see something like that at VP....Man City though play some magical football. Sickening isn't it?

I've just seen what the televised Premier League matches are today. Are Sky still selling them as 'Super Sunday'?

In fairness, they're already showing Man Utd v Liverpool. None of the Champions League teams would be asked to play on a Sunday.

None of the more glamorous teams in Italy, Spain, Germany, etc, are playing today either.

Inter fans apparently telling their captain ""You are not a man. You are not a captain. You are a vile piece of shit"

On ex-player watch side I note that Karim El-Ahmadi's Feyenoord won their 9th straight match today to keep their 100% record start plus the man himself is a dominating figure in their midfield  and scoring goals.

That shouldn't be a surprise. Not saying he's  a world-beater or anything but take simply Bayern, Barca or RM, make them play in claret and blue, train at BMH, play at VP and they'd be fighting relegation constantly too.

I won't be looking at Facebook tonight. The sheer amount of twats I used to go to school with who will be throwing abuse at each other even though I have been to Old Trafford and Anfield more than the lot of them combined means I can't read it without abusing them.
