Was at one of my favourite birmingham pubs on Saturday arriving there just after 7 30 but not realising the Prince of Wales in moseley now has a big screen out the back. What a nightmare sitting amongst those celebrating scum who as usual hadn't actually gone to the game of course - definitely a few old school zulus in the beer garden too.

I will be there tonight, not watching it at Villa Park. I will be celebrating/crying after the game. Nowt wrong with not going when it's on tv (though I was at the Forest game). I've served my time with years and years of season tickets.

Have the champions ever been relegated the next season?

Ipswich managed it in two years: 62 - 64

They were the top scorers in both those seasons I think.

Everton also came close to achieving it in the weirdest run in league history...

1927 20th in Division One
1928 Division One Champions
1929 18th in Division One
1930 22nd in Division One
1931 Division Two Champions
1932 Division One Champions.

Stoke v Bitters sounds a thriller. An hour gone and 1 shot on target.

Pulis's 1000'th game in charge, it seems fitting.

I imagine you sat there with your Boys' Bumper Book Of Zombies, which spookily has all your football fact needs to hand (or claw).

Alan McInally was suicidal earlier on Sky.

The genius and guaranteed promotion of Nigel Pearson is currently in the bottom 3 as Derby are losing at home to Blackburn.
