Reminds me of Steve Sims. Adequate is the correct word.

Yes, now you've said it, me too. Lacks a lot in terms of talent but is in the team for his character, We are still conceding far too many goals though.

8 in 8 isn't that bad. Especially compared to the ratio we've shipped them in the past few seasons.

Back to back wins and we will be top ten, if we managed to string out 3/4 wins in a row we would be in the playoff places. It's all about small margins in this league but we need to start and kill teams off and get 3 points or we will be adrift of the top 2 before we know it.

I haven't seen us a play a good side yet and I haven't seen a forward I'd like us to sign, I think we haven't looked as solid at the back as I'd expect.

arent we already adrift of the top two? 11 and 9 points respectively.

we need a minimum of two wins from our next 3

rdm and his sidekicks need to wise up and quickly

Agree with this though they are almost strangers to each other, you did see some team spirit come through when we were under pressure at the end.

I'd like to see him install some calmness in the defence, rather than jumping up and down when things go against him.

elphick worries the bejesus out of me. He lacks pace, positionally he gets caught two or three times a game, his judgment is suspect as is his picking up of opposition players.

Hopefully he'll improve but Chester is covering up a lot of his errors at the moment.

I thought he was a model of calm to begin with

He's made several massive errors in the last couple of games though. Worrying.

It's a worryingly similar path trodden by new Villa signings.

If he's the one on Wednesday who Gestede never won a header against he's got my vote.

Total carthorse, a year out without football has damaged him at his age it seems. Swallow our pride, if we have any left, fuck him off and pick anyone else, somehow we've managed to sign another walking clanger.
