According to Sky Sports, Bournemouth have accepted our £3m bid for Tommy Elphick.

Fingers-crossed, the first of a number of new arrivals. The fact that fans of Bournemouth, who pissed our division when they were here, seem gutted about his seemingly-imminent departure suggests that he could be an excellent signing.

The team needs leaders and hopefully he'll fit the bill.
