Aston Villa and Sponsorship deal with QuickBook
« on: May 20, 2016, 02:07:27 PM »
Could we break the contract for one of those giant Chinese companies advertising to increased revenues for the club ie Lotus Health Group.

Just a thought ?

How long is left to run?
There are sponsorship opportunities on the back of shirts and on shorts on the Championship too

I doubt Lotus Health Group could afford it.

Gabby's shirt and shorts have plenty of space for adverts

Gabby could be sponsored by Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogog and round the belly of the shirt.

I doubt many companies would want to sponsor a team in the championship, regardless of what kind of owners they have. I can't see us being played on the TV in China very often, let alone the UK and the rest of the world.

For the first year we could have  lotus on the back of the shirt (huge sponsorship for the sake of ffp) and once we're promoted we can look again

I would think a big part of buying into an foreign club like this is the shirt advertising oportunity, and if they want to make Villa as big as they say in China, then having their name on the shirt is essential. They are not going to promote a club that advertises an unconnected product so my guess is that a deal has been done to take on the shirt sponsor from here.
