One of our best players this half. But if only we had someone living in the box to score.

Some encouraging signs - especially from Grealish and Ayew, but to be fair Cissokho has done well and we've closed down quickly. If 'Boro are the best that the Championship can offer we'll be OK, but we desperately need a huge upgrade on Gestede up front

Enjoyed that half. Boro very poor so can't read too much into it. But Gardner, grealish, ayew all looking quite good

Bacuna good cross. Gestede unquestionably the weak link.

Tony Morley keeps on going on about how he doesn't know his best formation. I think we've played 4231 every game!

I just don't think Gardener offers us anything, similar to Westwood, keeps it simple but nothing going forward.

I know now what Gestede reminds me of, Nelson's Column, tall, immobile and half-blind to what's going on around him.

Tony Morley has definitely been posting on here.  If not he's certainly reading us.  Virtually everything he's saying is what has been written on here.

Shouldn't have to because it isn't on AVTV. It's the first thing on the OS. Just click and go. At least it should be.

Decent first half, but the striker problem is going to bother us until it's fixed, whether that be this window, January, or next summer even.

Apart from that, we could still definitely use some guile in midfield - Gardner's played a couple of nice passes, but generally speaking he's playing too deep.
