I just caught an accidental snippet while changing channels earlier.  To go with pretty much the same team as last week was stupid, but to go with the same formation as that awful first half last week was beyond idiotic.  Seriously, how do some of these people earn a living out of the game?

Which tells you why he isn't a manager in his own right.  Fuck him off.

Fair play to the fans who went today. Brilliant from start to finish and a credit to the club. Oh and no crying either.
Dignified to the bitter end.

This, we are Aston Villa we don't cry....we will return!

I am hoping he feels he is protecting the better, more talented and younger players as we were down anyway. Let the overpaid a-holes get the abuse.
Black is probably just another useless person who is a waste of time at our club though.

The trip to OT in 1987 was very much in my thoughts yesterday.  My sons were 10 and 17.  Just like yesterday we stood by our club.  We sang Down With The Villa and We'll Be Back in 88.  We also chanted that we wanted the owner out.  Nothing changes.  We will be back.

I was thinking of that game too Brian 3-1 if I recall. Anyway given the players at Black's disposal I'm not surprised he's kept it as it is. See the season through and try and rebuild next season.

We totally deserve to go down of course, but yesterday wasn't the first time this season that team selection and either poor substitutions or in this case not utilising them in a timely fashion has cost us.

A below average Man U side twice this season could have been beaten.

It still fucking hurt to see it confirmed on the Beeb. I hat these players. I can't decide if I want them to play the rest of the season so we can let our feelings be known to them, or play the kids and start planning next season. At the moment I am so fucking angry I want to boo each and every one of the lazy wankers until I lose my voice. Arseholes. Mercenaries. Charlatans. C****s. None of them fit to represent Aston Villa.
Playing the kids now could be disastrous. Make the tossers who have got us in this shit face the music for the rest of the season.

An indelible stain to go in our history books.  Bravo Randolph - please, please fall on your sword and go.
He is trying to sell the club.

Hopefully, the team that is there next season can put the relegation & lack of confidence-monkey off their shoulders, and start fresh.

I believe the board is better than it has been for a while, and that has to be a positive, and hope they can deliever.

It will be very tough, as Villa will be a scalp, but we need to see that as a positive, and prove that we deserve that 'honour'

Is he though?
The last we heard we were told he wasn't an 'enthusiastic seller', or some other corporate speak  bollocks that Fox uttered.

Yeah at a price no one is willing to pay. Meanwhile the club is relegated. Brilliant.

And your point is what? Look how long it's took for Everton to get investment, what is it, best part of 10 years?
