I mentioned on another thread, but I'm using this one to take my 8 month old son to his first game! If nothing else, I'm setting the bar fairly low for the rest of his Villa-supporting life, but I am starting to feel a bit guilty about it now!

We WILL lose, our players have given up and so have I, Let's put the final nail in the coffin and then beat newcastle 9-0

I'm taking my 8-month old son to his first game on Saturday. If nothing else I'll be doing a good job of managing his expectations.

Really? Are you mad?

This will be one of my infrequent visits to Villa Park and in a strange way I'd like relegation to be confirmed. The alternative, i.e. a draw or a win, would be dreamland by this season's standards. Knowing our luck we'll get hammered and so will Norwich.

The only side we can do the double over. We won't lose and Bournemouth will have the humiliation of not beating us this season. Southampton and Newcastle are the only other clubs that could have that dubious honour. If we count league games only as we lost to Saints in the cup.

If we are to get anything out of this game then we need to change everything, starting with our entrance music. It's embarrassing. We play music that invokes an image of God's entering an arena and then we get Billy Smart's Circus.
We should play something more appropriate like the Steptoe and Son or Laurel and Hardy theme tunes. We could all point and laugh instead of applauding. Shame them. Publicly humiliate them. They may just respond.

2-0 Win.

I think we will do a goal but only once 0-2 down and in the 83rd minute.

We can't compete with the likes of Bournemouth. And this time it's not a joke.

Coming down with my son as a delayed birthday 'treat' for him. It will be the third visit this season, all under different managers and I always enjoy a trip to Villa Park with him but for the first time ever I'm looking forward to letting the likes of Richards, Lescott and in particular the gormless one (if he's selected) know what we think of them. Whilst I'd like to see Grealish, Traore and some of these mythical youngsters given a game I think those who have got us in this mess should be held up for public ridicule until relegation is confirmed.

Just hope the place that does churros and chocolate at the railway station haven't run out this time.
