Lescott moved away when he saw the ball being placed down, he should have stood on top of the ball to stop the free kick being taken so quickly
It's basics. That's the worst part. You could teach an under 9's side to do that, but no fucker seems to be able to teach the Aston Villa first team squad.

There is not a single player on the pitch today that I ever want to see gracing our shirt again. If we start next season with the U21s and the kids I'll be happier than watching these turds continue to humiliate us.
