Plenty of snow by all accounts in Manchester - maybe they'll call it off (and not bother re-arranging it)

It has been snowing all day here but has now stopped - shame as I had been hoping that it would have been called off!

I'd play the kids in this one. Fuck it; what have we got to lose.

I'd pick a team out of the fans that are circling the ground before the game starts. Seriously,  the dedication shown by them alone makes them worthier of the shirt than most of the players who will actually be taking to the field.

If it's called off the Pools Panel will probably announce it as an away win (if they still exist.)

Given Stuart's track record when commenting on our strikers I fully expect Rudy to start smashing them in on a regular basis.

I'm 100% confident he won't be doing such things in the Premier League and the fact he's seen as a decent championship striker just shows how crap that league is.

How's Benteke doing these days? hardly smashing in the goals at Liverpool is he and lets be honest that's probably the best team he's played (very briefly) with.

You must have slept your way through Benteke scoring 1 in 2 for us.

I definitely slept through his 2 in 24 last season

But if any of you think a Footballer who can't use his feet and very rarely is any good with his head (which is allegedly his strong point) then you're going to be very much disappointed.

Haha, is this same chap who slaughtered Benteke when he first came then disappeared when he realised he'd made an arse of himself?

gestede is dog shit

if anyone is stupid enough to want him then he should be fucked off along with the likes of westwood, bacuna, gabby et al

they may or may not do a job in the championship, but they are not pl standard so when we come back up they would need to be fucked off, so it needs to be done sooner rather than later

You do realize we are talking about Rudy Gestede not Benteke and the fact he has been brought up is to try and hide the fact I'm correct.

This is the same Gestede that at Everton away Hutton where to pass Hutton looked at him and turned away. The same Gestede that all the players refused to pass to at Sunderland. The same Gestede who despite being a top championship striker lost 99% of air battle vs league 2 Wycombe and the 1% he won were so only on a technicality as the ball just happened to hit his head. The same Gestede that missed a sitter (for a heading ace) vs West Brom.

I'm not questioning your views on Gestede, just that you were so horribly wrong about Benteke.
