Totally agree on Fox. His boasts about improving certain deals makes it seem that his primary concern was to increase club income, yet seems totally oblivious to us losing however many millions more then he has created due to relegation. (And knowing Randy's apparent business acumen, he probably put some bonus package together on Fox improving income from the marketing deals so he will get that at the end of the season for a job well done.)

Maybe the most depressing article you've ever written.

All very true, I'm afraid. I share your growing doubts about Garde. As for the players, sooner or later (this evening it was sooner) they'll gift the opposition a goal or two and the match will be over. It's so depressingly predictable.

I watched the Albion game after ours (recorded) and say what you like about their manager but he has some very poor players that seem to know what they are doing. Feel as sorry for Garde as I have for the last two managers before him.

A very depressing but accurate report, particularly the last paragraph. The management of the club has been abysmal for a long time, but now I feel the players are truly appalling and certainly not earning their money, they should be ashamed, but obviously couldn't care less about the fans, the club or anything but their wallets.

Garde seems a man with pride and portrays as a good man, but he's just looking out of his depth with a crew of players, the majority of which who have let him down.

If by your last sentence you mean not at all then I absolutely agree Robbo - Another impotent and incompetent out of his depth - NEXT!

Exactly what I was thinking.

Me too. For the first time ever I sat there wondering what to write. We might criticise the mainstream reporters but how they can come up with different angles every day is beyond me.

I also think it is hard to write the cold hard truth. There is nothing to be excited or hopeful about regarding the club right now.

Every now and again I think just articulating that hopelessness actually has value to fellow fans because truth always has value. I am glad you did.

On the bright side, Dave, at least you are still managing to come up with at least vaguely relevant titles involving the word 'press', which is no mean feat in itself.

This one, unfortunately, is very apposite...

What were the anti-CEO banners? I sit in the Upper Holte so couldn't see them

Something about For Fox Sake. One in the bottom Holte first half then in the Upper towards the end but it might have been the same one.

Spot on

Owner is hopeless
CEO is a Spiv - to be fair after he talked about False Narratives the alarm bells were ringing. Loudly.
Garde now resembles a quiet version of Sherwood towards the end. Clearly won't be here in 10 weeks time.
The Players are utterly contemptible - there are so few exceptions but as Club/Team captains Richards, Gabby and Lescott are the worst culprits..
