Carragher also said that we have been an embarrassment for about 5 years now and this team will finish nearer the bottom of the Championship than the top. Just back, I left after the fifth, couldn't take any more. Never left that early in 50 years of watching them. I don't believe there is a manager on the planet who could do much better with the players available today. The five goals I did witness were all avoidable but you could see that any confidence they might have had drain away.
We need new ownership but I just can't see a change coming.

I think the low point will come in the summer when we see the kind of players we are targeting and have a few remaining faces leave and look at the starting 11 we are going to put out, it will be depressing.
