Garde can go with his head held high and the good wishes of most of the fans.

Why are so many Villa fans wanting our first decent manager for years to walk away, have you all got some sort of fucked up football related stockholm syndrome?

To prove a point to the board I guess - classic cutting off nose to spite face.

To me, our only hope is somehow they get Garde to stay on through next season.  Promise him the moon.  He could SGTmkI v 2.0.

If Gestede and Kozak are injured, and Ayew is suspended, does that make Gabby our only available forward this weekend?

I assume we'll put Rushian on the bench.

Because it would be a more effective protest than anything the fans can put together.

One thing I won't be happy with on Saturday is calamitous defending. They can do it, even a 2-0 loss showed that.

Might go on Saturday for the first time this season. I feel I almost have to, no idea why.

My feelings, too. Although I've been this season.
a show of faith, pure and simple

Only problem is Garde now knows what the board promises and what they actually deliver are two very different things

We were worse than shit, & Ayew's a pillock, but we haven't got our fair share of decisions either.  Noble MoM when he shouldn't have been on the pitch.

Remi has shown he's a man of integrity. I'll actually be disappointed for him, if he doesn't offer his resignation this evening, based upon principle.

That did make me chuckle.  But I'm struggling to see how Garde has been decent?  Decent would've been a league place or two up.  A string of wins.  A signing or 5.  I know that isn't completely in his control, but he has to take some of the blame for where we are now, which is a worse position to when he took the job in terms if points adrift at least.

Except what good does it do for us to be looking for our 4th manager in a year, from the fans point of view?  For me it's just wanting something else to be pissed off about.

Remi looked like a man on his way out. Shaking all the players hands seperately

I said it last night because I feel sorry for him. Would it be the best thing for the club, definitely not.

That's about right, I would walk if I was Garde though.
