The way we're set up is all wrong. The defence is shit. Westwood is out outlet on the left. Gil doesn't have the physique to play in the thick of it. Ayew isn't getting into the game.

unhappily  our attaching options on the bench are Sinclair and Gestede

What you're saying is we have a ropey squad. I agree.

Gil has as much effect on a game as a ghost. Waste of time.

Veretout has been good. Westwood's gone back to hiding and Gana has been sloppy again. Gil can't get in the game and needs switching in the second half. I'd bring Traore on to give us a bit of pace and width.
AND I've just noticed he's not in the squad...
Sinclair...? No fuck it...Geste...no..
Okay leave Gil on then.

The difference in pace moving forwards between them and us is startling.

We attack with Gil, Westwood, Veretout and Kozak. If you can find a slower foursome than that they must be travelling backwards in time, it's appalling. I fucking hate watching us.

We needed kozak to put that chance away at 0-0. Stating the obvious.

And Lescott needed to be more aware of Okazaki...

Simple things. I still think we'll win.

Great bit of pointing then from Westwood.
