I think it's worth pointing out that Westwood and Bacuna who are normally slated both played very well today, if we can get them at that level every week they're decent players.  Ayew and Veretout were superb, both have that gift of looking like they always have time, 2 very good players.  Kozak was rusty but that's the best centre forward display we've seen all season.

Has anyone heard the phrase "signed the wrong brother" lately?

He was great again today.

If only he'd put that late effort away after beating all those defenders, would have been goal of the season contender.  For all teams, not just us!

I agree with Veretout, a smidge ahead of Ayew.  They all played their part though.  Bacuna 2nd half was superb.

Amazing what a rocket can do - Remi has a go at literally everyone at VP - The board and the players, and we finally get that win!
Still going to be an impossible task, but belief could start creeping in if we somehow manage to beat Leicester at the weekend.

UTV!

ps. Jordan Ayew - Take a bow son. You left nothing on the pitch.

EDIT - All the team actually. Even Bacuna and Westwood who played their part too.

He was great again today. A win doesn't change the fact that we're still going down, but we should do everything we can to build the side around him for the next five years.
no were not!!

i went to wake up my 6 year-old before thinking better of it. Not sure what I'm supposed to do now. Only just stopping feeling physically sick. that league table looks better now - double figures! Its the hope that will get us. I'm actually looking forward to the next game now. Thank fuck for the 3 points.
