No lower North Stand? Surely we haven't given it to Man City?

£15-£20 seems pretty reasonable. I doubt a Man City game away will have had such low prices all season.

If we have, I'd guess it's a response to Albion throwing chairs down there from the Upper North last season.

We "may" have given them all of the Noorf stand rather than the upper Noorf and corner of the Witton Lane stand

That will kill the atmosphere down that end from us big time if they've got 7000 behind the goal.

On the ticketing page the Trinity Upper, North Stand Upper and Lower, and usual away section in the Witton Upper and Lower are all showing as red and unavailable.

Maybe they haven't decided yet then: tickets don't seem be on sale on Man City's website.

The normal away end is red on the seat plan aswell, we can't have given them 9-10k surely? Embarrassing if so.

I expect City will have the usual away section and Upper Witton End as is always the case in the cup, and the Witton End lower will be kept empty as part of the punishment for the Albion game last season.

You know, the game where everything that happened was Villa's fault and our spineless club officials were in rush to plead guilty to, apologise for and happy to accept far more punishment than was deserved or would have been given to any club with the balls to stand up for itself.
The reaction of the people who run our our club and who are supposed to act in the interest of Villa fans above anything else, was more of an embarrassment that day than all the rubbish the media came out with.

If we have then that's purely a financial decision & to sell out the game .

It wasn't a matter of being spineless, or embarrassing, or any other How Low Have We Sunk cliche. FA rules had clearly been broken and you can't get beyond that. Villa were guilty, they knew they were going to get punished and in the additional circumstances of media frenzy and hypocrisy trying to shift the blame would, if anything, have made the situation and potential punishment a lot worse.
