We've drifted to 21/20 on William Hill. Can't blame the bookies though, I wouldn't bet on us with someone else's money.

Must be the bumming they took at home to Morcombe that's got people punting on backing them.

10/11 to 21/20 isn't much of a drift.

We certainly won't win the Cup, but I don't think this will be the round where we go out.  It might go to a replay  but the victory when it comes will be a comfortable one.

Victory

ˈvɪkt(ə)ri

noun

an act of defeating an enemy or opponent in a battle, game, or other competition.

Example:
"Nobody was surprised when they achieved a victory against Aston Villa."

So now with no Traore for a while, the team should be:

Guzan
Richards Okore Lescott Cissokho
Veretout Sanchez Gana
Gil Grealish
Ayew

Should be enough to see us into the fourth round hat.

It's not, but that slight movement to now not be odds-on to beat a fourth division side is a bit of a kick in the gentleman's.

5-2 with William Hill. We are 10-11.

ridiculous price, we are a 1/2 shot in truth

10/3 for us to win -1, should pay for weekend

-----------Guzan/Bunn
Richards, Okore, Clark, Cissokho
Westwood, Veretout, Sanchez, Grealish
-----------------Gil
---------------Ayew-----------

wouldnt be against Gestede in this game either

Posted in the ticket thread but just in case, here's some info if you're going.

See you there boys
The Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust, Club and all staff are looking forward to welcoming Aston Villa and their supporters to Adams Park for our 3rd round FA cup tie.
Welcoming fans who take so much time and effort to follow their club away is a big part of our home game planning here and we want you to understand how much we appreciate your journey.
From 11am our AWAY VILLAGE will be in open. Hot food and a full bar will be available in your own fully heated Marquee. Supporter are welcome to come a little earlier and decorate the marquee to make your fans feel even more at home if you wish.
The Away Village is situated immediately inside the Adams Park entry gate and right next to the away Stand Entry turnstiles. We try and distribute team sheets to you all and programs are available for purchase also.
For those travelling on official coach transport the Away Village is only 100 yards away from the parking area. Supporters will limited mobility are able to access the village with no problems.
The nearest pub is a 20 minute walk from Adams Park and traffic gets very busy in the lead up to the match, so we do suggest getting into the away village early or risk missing kick off if you come late from town.
We have extra buses operating from High Wycombe Station that will ferry supporters straight to Adams Park .
Kind regards
Damian Irvine

As down as I was last weekend I now find myself really looking forward to Saturday.
I've just got so pissed off with outsiders taking a pop at my/our club this week, however much it's deserved. It's a bit like telling your kids off and then some stranger joining in with - you then turn and say hold on, these are my kids who the f*** do you think you are.
And by the way I don't mean Blues and Albion fans, they've got every right took take the piss, that's fair game and we've done the same to them - I mean some of stuff that's been in the media.

So come on Villa, please let's put this horrible run to an end – show some f***ing balls and start shutting these f***ers up.

"And now you're gonna believe us…. the Villa's staying up.. we're gonna win the cup… we're gonna win a game!"

I'm rather torn on this one.

On the one hand I want us to win given that we're on the box. Not winning will give more know-nothing pundits the excuse to lay into us, calling us an arsehole of a club, and the like.

On the other hand, a win will give us another game in the cup which will serve as a distraction to the narrowest hopes of survival. But then, a win could spark our season too.

Like I say, torn.
