It's a little bit like rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic at the moment with our squad and first team, but I would genuinely sacrifice the option of width coming from our fullbacks and concentrate on being very hard to break down. So Richards at right back and Clark at left back have to be considered. The fullbacks have been so shit this year positionally that we have shipped so many needless goals.

Then I would try and get as much pace in front three as possible. I'd play a front three of Sinclair, Gabby and Ayew and play Veretout in front of Westwood and Gana.

Adama is worth a go for half an hour, but I certainly wouldn't play him wide right as the only protection for Hutton's fuckwittery.

I think, and I'm not knocking them, that there are a % of posters who always vote for a Villa win whatever the circumstances.

I thought the same.

I'll have a pint of what they're drinking or some of what they're smoking. Must be good stuff.

Agree re deckchairs and full backs, but could comfortably never see Sinclair, Westwood and Gabby start again.  Would rather see the likes of Gil, Grealish, Adama, Ilori and Kozak given more of a crack at things.

0-5, Sinclair (3), Ayew (2).

And so it begins.

You're supposed to predict the Newcastle game, not how many goals we'll score between now and the end of the season.

Much as it pains me this is spot on, I suppose laughing at their demise was going to bite us on the arse one day.
Someone still got their head in their arse about 2009? Maybe even Coventry in 2001?

What does 'score' a 'goal' mean?
