I can't see us getting anything if we go for it, so it's time to start grinding out the points:

Guzan

Hutton Okore Lescott Kinsella

Bacuna Sanchez Gana Vertout

Gil

Ayew

Subs: Bunn, Richardson, Sinclair, Traore, N'Zogbia, Gestede, Agbonlahor

I think a team containing Lescott, a Centre half back from a serious injury and a raw kid playing Left Back would grind out a hammering that surpassed the beating Everton dished out.

I'd have to concur

Them 2 us 1 which will be 14 league games without a win, would that be a club record or are we already there?

I think my mom in goals, my sister at Cb
and my nan at Lb would improve that defence.

It would be better if you commented on my post instead of trying to be clever

Well I have to do this on my phone as I don't have a computer and sometimes it
goes wrong. My original comment was in response to someone's team selection for today.

Garde must be scratching his head in desperation with the defensive options for today, Clark being out is a good thing and he has no choice there Lescott in the centre seems logical but who partners him and the fullbacks God only knows . If Richards is fit I'd like to see him at right back, Okore alongside Lescott would be OK but left back?

I've got a right ol' tingle about this one!
1-2 Villa to have that "turning point" today.

Needless to say I've had that tingle for a while now, so realistically my head score is a shameful 3-1 Villa loss :(
