Got a certain amount of dread. A loss doesn't definitely mean relegation - heck we'll lose again at some point, but for the team spirit, it's massive.

Please, please give us something today boys.

Not that nervous, just a bit resigned to our fate.

Nerves will really kick in around March/April as the games start to run out then. Hopefully we'll still be in touch at that stage.

anything less than 3 wins from our next 6 games and we will know our fate by 1st jan. after 13 games we have the worst record in pl history and no team has ever survived with the amount of points we have after 13 games.

a point at home to watford wont do

If we can't beat this lot at home then, you know the rest...

I've just read 200 days without a league win at Villa Park. Not sure if it's true but bloody hell, let's put an end to it today. Glad a few are nervous, should make for a cracking atmosphere today as all that frustration and nerves are released.

Looks like new line-up. Mainly french up front. Interesting. What will be lingua franca on field and sidelines. Zoot alors. Merde? Com si com ca? With coq au vin for Jack.

I still don't buy that we are certainties for the drop. There is a fairly small margin in it. The manager appears to be switched on and I imagine Randy will have no choice but to back him in January.

Oh.... and I'm still bricking it.

I've gone for a draw - as a home win would be a greater shock to me than yet another defeat. So here's hoping The Villa give me & everybody on here a splendid shock & finally get this show on the road this afternoon. Let's 'avit!

Yep, I'm bang up for this one.  Finishing work in a few minutes and heading to B6.

Agree, though if we continue the way we are going it is obviously dependent on those around us continuing to lose games as well.  Even at this point we need the likes of Norwich and Swansea to be sucked into it.  The more down there, the more chance we have got of getting out of it.

1-0 Villa. Ayew

Can't see us keeping a clean sheet today.  Hopefully we'll get the first goal and the lift it will give us will spur us on to get a few more.  I'm going for 3-1 us.

I'm going for a Villa-find-their-mojo-season-defining 4-1.And I'll be bringing my binoculars to see from the back of A4

I'm guessing you're currently on some sort of medication? What on Earth apart from hope could warrant that scoreline? :)
