I could weep, I really could.

Not one 'MAN' on that pitch is worth pissing on.

I think this is the day that we realise that we are heading out of this league.
I just want it over now.

We have such a batty midfield, no balls, no leadership, no fight.

'Batty'? Charming.

I'd take David Batty in our midfield right now.
We need someone with some fight, someone who will tear into people, they're all so weak.

Yeah, like Gareth 'Legbreaker' Barry and James 'The Hulk' McCarthy. Some things, like skill, matter a bit more than just fighting people like a brainless moron.

And last time I checked, 'batty' didn't just mean 'not tough'.
Indeed. And homophobic language will not be tolerated on here.

It can also mean baffling or crazy.  That's how I read it anyway.
Exactly.

You can lose badly to a team like Everton at Goodison Park, many will. You can't, however, keep losing to Leicester, Swansea, Stoke, Palace, not beat Sunderland, all of that. We'll go down because of that, not this.

Fell asleep on sofa. Woke up just now, first port of call is this thread, see we are still awful, wish I hadn't woken up.

We really are going down, sadly

What happened to "it's only November"?

It's really more a state of mind than any rational analysis of the situation

We smell of relegation

Richards is a really bad defender, I said it when he signed and I still mean it. Hutton and Richardson can do one too.

As soon as I saw Richardson (not many other options) and Westwood in the team I thiught we were done for.

They put 6 past a shambolic Sunderland. I expect it will be the same today.

This season is a mission to get some team shape and style of play to get us back up, there is more chance of Corbyn winning the next general election than us staying up.

What are the bookies doing? You can still make a pound on this if you invest £750
