So Paddy, it's your annual review. How do you think you have done? Did you meet you objectives?

I've gone past the dissapointed /anger stage over the predicament of our club, I'm actually finding it quite funny!..The only fear I have now is that I don't think we have reached rock bottom yet. Nowhere near it.

In footballing terms, I agree - I'd stopped getting upset over the losses probably a month or two ago. Tonight though our total lack of action has made me disappointed more than anything. Even if we'd shipped some big earners out for a bit of money in anger I would be less down than I am now!

This is were I am at too, the losses stopped hurting months ago but today is the clearest indication yet that the people running our football club are chancers employed to jobs way beyond their capabilities, yes men, no balls between the lot of them, on a day that Stoke City spent 18.3m on a bloody good midfielder to push them on we took the white flags and frantically waved them about, sad times.

Do Stoke really have Shaqiri, Imbula, Bojan, Arnatouvic, Afellay, Muniesa.....
Fair play to them.

Not appointing Mark Hughes seems a great decision in hindsight too.

was just thinking that ;(

We didn't frantically wave white flags around. We just slumped off and hoped no one would notice.

So, from the summer of 2014 to now, how much have we spent on players and how much have we brought in.

Fair point, we couldn't even be arsed to lift them.

The petrol cans are lined up outside, we've just married Eva Braun, and poisoned the dog.

I preferred when the optimistic posters were being like comical ali and telling us everything was going to be ok.

very sad, the board has given up.

Granted they are completely clueless when it comes to football but as supposed successful business people, letting their asset depreciate hugely in value when a truckload of TV money is waiting for every team in the top division next term is bonkers

you wonder how any of them are in the positions they are in, then again the corporate world is full of these charlatans with their fake management speak bullshit

Every other club is throwing money around even ones in the Championship but we instead shuffle quietly towards extinction

Garde needs to leave for the sake of his career, any player with a semblance of ambition will let on cut price deals in the summer

Thanks Randy

I despair with these muppets. Clueless doesn't come close, they have brought this club to its knees.

So what time are arsenal signing someone.  Their traditional window is open until about Thursday now isn't it?

When we gave him the cold shoulder I wasn't too bothered but he has really turned Stoke around. He's done very well and deserves credit.
