I can't see us brining in any loan players until the last day or two of the window when it becomes certain they'll not get football elsewhere.

The Norwich and Sunderland defeats have had a massive impact on our ability to recruit effectively.

There are many well documented examples of people changing their names and changing themselves.  I suggest as one last effort of redemption that Westwood should change his name to Eastwood.

Either would do Brian, they map the direction of his passing.

So the keeper deal looks dead. Strange decision to reject his work permit.
Chap at work said that would be easy to get round on an appeal. How he knows I have no idea. Saying that, said chap quite often spouts a lot of crap.

It isn't difficult. The application is a black and white thing so many fail. On appeal things such as club the player is playing for, letters of recommendation, games played, likelihood of bad press etc will be taken into account.

Ayew Ayew there's only one Ayew wouldn't work but other than that it would be a fantastic bit of business if true.

We could have our own version of that Kolo / Yaya Toure song.

Already been done at the Leicester game for Ayew and Kozak - including the funny but silly dance

The Mail is saying we lost the appeal on the Croatian goalkeeper and Sane doesn't want to come now, it never rains but pours.

The appeal is fucking bollocks. Some of the tat playing over here, in fact some of the tat that can't get a game over here and we can't get a permit for this guy? Isn't he in the croat national squad? It's bollocks.

What a fucking depressing season. The kicks in the knackers never stop. Garde must be gutted.

Debuchy won't move until the last couple of days of the window anyway. Sane looked worth getting to give us a leader on the pitch so it's a shame that's not happening. Kalinic we will never know I guess but will likely get a permit in the summer to go to another club without any more criteria being met and be sensational.

You watch us end up with Rob Green and Danny Graham on loan next week.

i doubt it's as cut and dried as that as Croatia is in an EU member state. If he has been refused - and it wouldn't be a work permit if he's from an EU member statebecause of the freedom of movement - there will be a reason that we won't know about.

It's a very strange one
