Fair do's aj2k77. Yeah I am frustrated. Its just that we are in a bad spot and I want to see activity, or at least some kind of response from the board and owner. Probably knee jerk of me and as you say might not help, but its how I feel. Shrug.

Just some sign any sign of anyone at board level looking like they give a fuck would be nice. We've reached this point through almost wilful neglect. It requires a miracle of Lazarean proportions to get us out of this fix, a few to quality signings may have been the catalyst to the miracle, instead we seemingly amble to the inevitable. The laissez faire approach of our custodian has fucked us completely and even now shows no sign of abating. Wanker that he is.

His agent's geography chops aren't all they ought to be, judging by that piece.

The Kalinic fella looks like a good idea (youtube caveats notwithstanding). Some of the saves are a bit theatrical but he seems to make sure the ball gets the fuck away from him. And, well, I dare say we could all do with a bit of entertainment, even if it's just as a novel way to give the opposition a corner.

I suspect I might get hammered for this... but...

(whispered) I wouldn't be against Reo-Coker on a free for six months as a defensive midfield option...

Pat Jennings would have held most of those using one hand and no gloves.

Ah, but Jennings would've been able to claw a fingernail between the panels of leather.

The NRC who left us in 2011 was deemed not good enough for an Alex McLeish side.

I don't think 5 years of semi retirement in a third rate league will have improved him in that time.

I actually quite liked him during his time with us. He had his limitations, but there was always plenty of effort.

But it's a no for me.

Honestly he wouldn't be an option. I saw him play in MLS over here , he was slow for MLS. He would be useless in the Championship, let alone the Premier League. Cole is the better player at this point in time by some distance.
