I'd say a goalkeeper is absolutely vital.

That's probably the one position I would look to fill with a permanent signing this window.  Then loan a central midfielder and striker.

So are all our midfielders bar Veretout and all our forwards bar Ayew. At least we have Amavi to come back there. In midfield, goalkeeper and attack we have bugger all. Trying to name a side on the pre match thread really hammers it home how poor the squad is now.
